What is tank stock monitoring?
It's a dashboard that shows your fuel tanks' current stock live, as a fill percentage and in litres, alongside the remaining stock per fuel and the per-shift history.
How is the current stock calculated?
Current stock is an estimated book value: the latest shift-end reading minus the live sales of the open shift. It's not a live in-tank (ATG) measurement, but it's accurate enough to drive ordering decisions.
How often does the data refresh?
The current panel refreshes at a regular interval (every minute, every 5 minutes or second by second); you choose the interval and can pause it while the tab is in the background.
How does a tanker delivery show up in the stock?
A mid-shift delivery isn't reflected in the live estimate until the next shift-end reading, but it shows up precisely as the delivery volume in that shift's history row.
