What is live sales tracking?
It's a dashboard that shows the open shift's sales in real time. KPIs, the trend and breakdowns update instantly as POS data streams in.
How often does the data refresh?
The live side auto-refreshes every few seconds (3-5s) and you can pick the interval yourself; it pauses while the tab is in the background.
How are live and closed sales distinguished?
Live (open shift) is red and imported (closed) is blue, separated with labels in both the chart and the table; the 'today so far' view combines the two.
Are the live figures final?
Live data is a provisional preview; final figures are settled once the shift closes and is imported as bank-confirmed.
